We believe everyone should have the chance to get involved in golf – at all levels and in all roles. We seek to develop an environment where everyone is treated fairly, and in a consistent way. We are guided by our values in everything we do, and we will strive to remove any unnecessary barriers for Hampshire ladies and girls seeking to play golf.
We work within the spirit and the practice of the Equality Act 2010 and England Golf’s Equality & Diversity Policy by promoting a culture of respect and dignity and actively challenging discrimination, should it ever arise.
